In this AI-Fusion role, you will leverage AI as your default working mode to multiply your output, while using high emotional intelligence to keep our fast-paced, cross-functional team aligned and delivering.</p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-you-will-own\">What You Will Own<a href=\"#what-you-will-own\" name=\"what-you-will-own\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-you-will-own\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Product delivery &amp; roadmap ownership</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Own BRDs, PRDs, product roadmap, backlog and acceptance criteria to improve approval rate and drive new risk initiatives &#x2014; across all sales channels and partners.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Coordinate cross-functional teams &#x2014; Engineering, AGI, Operations, Marketing, Sales (and Risk / DS) &#x2014; to drive the rapid delivery of product innovations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Underwriting / Risk Decisioning</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Turn risk and portfolio insights into practical underwriting strategies, rules and product improvements.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Work closely with Risk, DS and Engineering to test and launch new risk solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Customer discovery &amp; experimentation</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Lead customer discovery through user research, interviews, partner research, and rapid prototyping/experimentation.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Run test-and-learn cycles (A/B, cohort, channel/offer/pricing tests) to address conversion challenges and unlock new growth opportunities and new initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">AI-enabled delivery &amp; governance</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Build AI-enabled workflows for analysis, reporting, competitor monitoring and documentation.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Proactively surface risks, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery; you own approval rate and the loss/cost trade-off behind it, make the call without waiting for central approval, and stand behind it when the numbers get examined.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Strong analytical, data-driven mindset &#x2014; KPI / funnel/cohort analysis, unit economics, and comfort reading model and portfolio performance to decide where policy should sit.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Credit domain depth &#x2014; you make underwriting knowledge transferable: document the edge cases, teach the reasoning, leave the team sharper than you found it.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">AI fluency (AIF-2) &#x2014; you use AI tools daily, design your own multi-step prompts/workflows, and automate parts of your role by default; you verify AI output and know when not to trust it.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">High learning velocity &#x2014; you pick up new tools, domains and contexts within days, and teach others.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Connector thinking &#x2014; you join the dots across functions and turn scattered signals into clear, prioritized initiatives.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Open-minded, audacious, bias to action &#x2014;
