Our team builds the platform foundations &#x2014; digital onboarding, decision engine, card management and loan management &#x2014; and the new credit products that run on them, together with our partner banks and financial institutions.</p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"how-youll-make-an-impact\">How You&apos;ll Make an Impact<a href=\"#how-youll-make-an-impact\" name=\"how-youll-make-an-impact\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"how-youll-make-an-impact\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Partnering directly with the Team Lead, you will own the delivery of the platform modules and new products that let partner banks launch and run credit products faster, with high stability and the flexibility to match what each partner needs. You sit between business intent and core-system reality: you listen closely to partners and users, then turn what you hear into clear product decisions engineering can build. In this AI-Fusion role, you will use AI as your default working mode to multiply your output, while using high emotional intelligence to keep a fast-paced, cross-functional and multi-partner team aligned and delivering.</p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-you-will-own\">What You Will Own<a href=\"#what-you-will-own\" name=\"what-you-will-own\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-you-will-own\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Own BRDs, PRDs, roadmap, backlog and acceptance criteria for platform modules and new products with high stability and the flexibility to deliver the customer&apos;s desired outcomes across credit products.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Coordinate Engineering team, internal stakeholders, and partner-bank IT teams to deliver on time, without trading away stability.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Translate partner and business requirements into system behavior: product configuration, account and transaction lifecycle, fees, interest and billing, statement and settlement flows.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Track the consumer-finance market, competitor products and moves, fraud typologies, and relevant regulation in every market where assigned lanes operate; feed findings into roadmap prioritization.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Own integration decisions with partner core banking, card processors and payment rails; make the build/configure/integrate call and document edge cases, reconciliation and audit requirements before engineering starts.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Lead customer discovery through interviews, funnel and behavioral data, and rapid prototyping; run pilots and test-and-learn cycles to validate new product concepts before full build.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Build AI-enabled workflows for requirement analysis, documentation, UAT preparation, and competitor and regulation monitoring.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Proactively surface risks, remove blockers and define go-live readiness; monitor stability, adoption and business performance after launch, and drive actions on what the data shows.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\">What We&apos;re Looking For<a href=\"#what-were-looking-for\" name=\"what-were-looking-for\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ownership of the outcome &#x2014; you own delivery quality and launch results for your modules and products, make scope and trade-off calls (speed vs. compliance, flexibility vs. stability) without waiting for central approval, and stand behind them.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Strong analytical, data-driven mindset &#x2014; funnel, usage and system-performance metrics; you decide from evidence, not opinion.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Platform and banking domain depth &#x2014; you understand how banking and credit systems actually work, and you make that knowledge transferable: document the edge cases, teach the reasoning, leave the team sharper than you found it.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">High learning velocity &#x2014; you pick up new systems, domains and partner contexts within days, and teach others.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Connector thinking &#x2014; you join the dots across engineering, risk, operations and partners, and turn scattered signals into clear, prioritized initiatives.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Open-minded, audacious, bias to action &#x2014; you challenge inefficient processes, try new things, and learn from failure.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Fluent in Vietnamese and English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nice to have</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Hands-on experience as a Product Owner or BA on core banking, card management or loan management systems, including requirement-to-UAT delivery with a bank or a processor.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2&#x2013;4+ years in banking, lending, fintech or consumer-finance products, with exposure to card, cash loan, BNPL or line-of-credit products.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Experience with partner-bank integration (APIs, reconciliation, settlement), regulatory and compliance requirements for credit products, or embedded-finance channels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">AI expectations (mandatory)</p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Trusting Social is remaking every team as a human&#x2013;AI fusion, and this role is expected to work AI-first from day one.
