In this AI-Fusion role, you will leverage AI as your default working mode to multiply your output, while using high emotional intelligence to keep our fast-paced, cross-functional team aligned and delivering.</p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-you-will-own\">What you will own<a href=\"#what-you-will-own\" name=\"what-you-will-own\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-you-will-own\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">1) Product delivery &amp; roadmap ownership</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Own BRDs, PRDs, product roadmap, backlog and acceptance criteria for acquisition initiatives &#x2014; across all sales channels (small-POS, SMS lead-gen, performance marketing) and new user-facing products (AI voice onboarding, real-time interactive UI, drop-off recovery).</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Coordinate cross-functional teams &#x2014; Engineering, AGI, Operations, Marketing, Sales (and Risk / DS) &#x2014; to drive the rapid delivery of product innovations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2) Customer discovery &amp; experimentation</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Lead customer discovery through user research, interviews, partner research, and rapid prototyping / experimentation.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Run test-and-learn cycles (A/B, cohort, channel / offer / pricing tests) to address acquisition &amp; conversion challenges and unlock new growth opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3) AI-enabled delivery &amp; governance</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Build AI-enabled workflows for analysis, reporting, competitor monitoring and documentation.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Proactively surface risks, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery;
