This is a builder&apos;s seat: you&apos;ll co-own API and backend design with engineering - endpoints, auth, versioning, webhooks and build the rules engine and case-management layer fraud analysts run every day.</p>\n<p>Your work compounds into clients&apos; growth: faster integrations, less bespoke engineering, a platform they trust. You bring a risk-first instinct - spotting fraud vectors and edge cases before they ship, baking guardrails and audit trails in from day one - and layer practical agentic-AI automation on top, making TrustVision the gold standard for financial decisioning.</p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-you-will-do\">What You Will Do<a href=\"#what-you-will-do\" name=\"what-you-will-do\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-you-will-do\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Platform Roadmap Ownership: Own the roadmap and execution for TrustVision Platform &amp; Decisioning Systems across eKYC, Face Authentication, Behavioral Biometrics, and Vision Credit Scoring.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Product Architecture: Define how TrustVision modules, APIs, workflows, rules, users, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs work together as one coherent platform.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Client and Workflow Discovery: Work with banks, fintechs, sales, solution, implementation, engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to understand real client workflows, pain points, and product opportunities.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">API, Configuration, and Decisioning: Translate identity verification, authentication, fraud risk, transaction monitoring, and credit decisioning workflows into API behavior, configuration logic, rules, thresholds, reason codes, dashboards, and success metrics.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Case Management and Operations: Design product capabilities for review queues, case statuses, investigation workflows, reviewer actions, escalation, notes, audit trails, and operational monitoring.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">AI Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive workflows across product, implementation, solution, sales, customer success, risk operations, and client onboarding, then design AI-assisted automations to improve speed, quality, consistency, and scalability.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Product Delivery: Own PRDs, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, prototypes, release plans, rollout plans, post-launch analysis, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Platform Standardization: Reduce bespoke implementation, shorten time-to-launch, improve operational efficiency, and increase adoption across TrustVision products.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\">What We&apos;re Looking For<a href=\"https://trustingsocial.com/careers/openings/account-manager-financial-services-hcm-700163#what-were-looking-for\" name=\"what-were-looking-for\"></a><a href=\"#what-were-looking-for\" name=\"what-were-looking-for\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Must Have</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Product and Platform Track Record: 5&#x2013;8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building B2B SaaS platforms, customer-facing enterprise portals, developer platforms, API products, workflow/rules tools, case management systems, or enterprise dashboards.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Fintech and Risk Domain Exposure: At least 2 years of exposure to fraud risk, transaction monitoring, payment risk, identity risk, KYC/eKYC, AML, authentication, credit risk, or adjacent banking/fintech risk domains.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Technical and Product Architecture Fluency: Technical background through a degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field; strong ability to define platform behavior across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, logs, environments, permissions, audit trails, integrations, data flows, rules, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">AI Workflow and Prototyping Capability: Practical experience using AI tools to automate real workflows and prototype AI-assisted or agentic solutions.
