About The Role

You will help shape and drive the roadmap and strategy of AI Financial Advisor, turning the vision above into a product people rely on every day. You help decide where the product should go, what matters most and why, and you rally the team around it.

It is a role for someone who thinks big and stays hands-on. Some days you will be shaping the strategy and making the case for it with leadership and partners; other days you will be deep in customer conversations, data or a spec with the team. What ties it together is that you hold yourself accountable for real outcomes for customers, not just for shipping features.

How We Work With AI

Trusting Social builds AI-powered lending in partnership with banks and financial institutions, and owns the full AI lending stack - fraud prevention, credit scoring, risk-based pricing, real-time integrations, and an AI agent. Just as important, we are remaking every team as a human-AI fusion: people set the direction and hold the judgment, while AI carries the analytical and execution load. In this role you will work alongside AI agents every day, and you will be expected to get more done, faster, because of how well you use AI.

What You'll Do

Build an AI Financial Advisor people trust

Work with Design and Data Science to shape a personalized, AI-powered advisory experience: how it understands each customer's needs, the advice it gives, and how we measure whether that advice truly helped. For many people, financial products still feel complex, so every interaction should feel simple, transparent and safe.

Be the voice of the customer

Understand people's hopes and worries about money better than anyone, and let that understanding guide every product decision.

Turn ideas into shipped features

Write clear PRDs and work closely with engineers to deliver features on time, hitting the timelines and targets the team commits to.

Work across internal and external stakeholders

Bring engineering, design, data, risk, leadership and our bank and finance-company partners together around shared priorities. Keep everyone informed early about progress, blockers and trade-offs, so launches stay on track and nothing comes as a surprise.

Let data lead the way

Turn numbers into insight, learn fast from what works and what doesn't, and keep making the product better for the people who use it.

What We're Looking For

You genuinely care about people's financial lives, especially those the traditional banking system tends to overlook.
At least 3 years building consumer-facing digital products. Experience with products at large scale, or building a product from 0 to 1, is a big plus.
You take extreme ownership of outcomes, keep stakeholders aligned, and let customer insights and data guide every decision.
You work at the frontier of human-AI collaboration, using AI to multiply what you and your team can achieve. You have the audacity to bet on bold ideas, move before others dare, and learn faster than anyone when things go wrong.
Fluent Vietnamese and English, written and spoken.

Nice To Have

Experience in consumer lending, credit cards, e-wallets or digital banking.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, agents or multi-step workflows.
